Your information
deserves care.
This notice describes the development pilot, not a final privacy policy for a public law firm service. Use only fictional information while testing.
What the pilot stores.
Test reports include the information entered in the form, the signed-in account identifier, an acknowledgement version, timestamps, screening output, and review activity. Authorized workspace users can review these records.
Who can access it.
Workspace access is restricted to the configured team accounts. A signed-in submitter can view their own report history. Reports are not published, placed in search results, or shared with other submitters.
Automated assistance.
Rules can organize test reports without an AI connection. If a server-side AI key is configured, a reviewer can explicitly run AI screening on test reports. Public editorial research is separate from private intake, and no test report is automatically sent to web search.
Before live intake.
The firm must approve its identity and notices, conflict-screening process, provider terms, retention and deletion process, and response ownership. Document uploads, marketing tracking, and automated outreach are not enabled in this pilot.
